This Acceptable Use Policy sets out what you may and may not do with Lumetrix TV. It forms part of the Terms of Use. Breach may lead to suspension or termination.
You May
Use the Service for your own private, lawful, non-commercial enjoyment of media you are entitled to access, within the limits of your plan.
You May Not
- Store, stream, record, copy, distribute or make available any content you are not lawfully entitled to use, or that infringes any right.
- Use the Service to access, promote, advertise or distribute pirated content, illegal streams or unauthorised “IPTV subscriptions”.
- Share your account or subscription publicly, resell access, or exceed your plan’s device/stream limits by technical means.
- Reverse-engineer (except where the law allows), tamper with, or circumvent security, licensing or technical limitations.
- Upload or distribute malware, or attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Service, our systems or other users’ accounts.
- Use bots, scraping or automated means to abuse the Service.
- Use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently, or in breach of a third-party platform’s rules or a third party’s rights.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches, remove content within our control, apply rate limits, and suspend or terminate accounts. We may report unlawful activity to the authorities. We cooperate with valid legal requests.
