You can delete your Lumetrix account and associated personal data at any time. This page also satisfies the Google Play requirement to offer account and data deletion from outside the app.
How to Delete Your Account
Option 1 — In the app: open Settings > Account > Delete Account, and confirm.
Option 2 — On the web: submit a request at this page (form) or e-mail privacy@lumetrix.tv from the address linked to your account. We may verify your identity before acting.
What Gets Deleted
Deleting your account removes your profile, registered devices, library metadata, favourites, and settings, within 90 days. Some records are retained only where the law requires it (for example, invoicing and tax records) or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; these are deleted when no longer required.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by an app store. Cancel active subscriptions in your Google Play or Apple account to stop future charges. See the Subscription Terms and Refund Policy.
Partial Deletion / Export
If you want to delete only certain data, or to export your data first, use Settings > Privacy in the app, or contact privacy@lumetrix.tv. See the GDPR Statement for your full rights.
