Lumetrix TV is intended for users aged 18 and over. This page explains our position on children and how families can use the Service responsibly.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 to create an account or purchase a subscription. The Service is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact privacy@lumetrix.tv and we will delete it.
Content Is Supplied by You
Lumetrix does not provide content. The media available through the Service depends entirely on the sources you add and the third-party apps you launch, which may include material unsuitable for minors. The account holder is responsible for what minors in their household can access.
Parental Controls
Where offered, parental controls and profile restrictions are tools to help you manage access; see the Parental Controls page. They are a convenience and do not replace adult supervision.
Family Use
A subscription is for the account holder and their household within the device and stream limits of their plan. Sharing beyond that, or with the public, is not permitted (see Acceptable Use).
