Community Guidelines

These guidelines set expectations for how users interact with Lumetrix and each other. They supplement the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Use.

Respect

Treat others with respect. Do not harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against anyone in any communication channel associated with Lumetrix (support channels, social media, forums if offered).

Lawful Use

Use the Service lawfully. Do not use Lumetrix to access, distribute or promote pirated, illegal or infringing content. See the Acceptable Use Policy for detail.

Honesty

Provide accurate information when creating an account or contacting support. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

Security

Do not attempt to disrupt the Service, exploit vulnerabilities, or access other users’ data. Report vulnerabilities responsibly (see Responsible Disclosure).

Enforcement

We may warn, restrict or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines. Decisions are made at our reasonable discretion, considering the severity and context of the breach.
