Lumetrix Provides No Content

Lumetrix TV is a media platform — software that lets you organise and play media you supply, connect to compatible media sources you provide (such as M3U or Xtream playlists), and launch supported third-party applications you have installed. Lumetrix does not host, provide, sell, resell, aggregate or control any channels, films, series, streams or other media content.

Third-Party Apps and Services

The Service may let you launch third-party applications and services (for example popular streaming apps). When you do, you access them with your own account and subscription with that provider, under that provider’s terms. Lumetrix is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to those providers, does not supply their content, and all third-party names, logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their availability through a launcher does not imply any partnership.

User-Supplied Sources

All media, libraries, playlists, URLs and sources are added and configured by you. Lumetrix has no knowledge of, and no control over, those sources or their content, and cannot verify, filter or remove them.

Legality Is Your Responsibility

The availability of the platform is not encouragement to access any particular content. You alone are responsible for ensuring that any media or source you add or access is lawful and that you hold the necessary rights. You agree to comply with all applicable copyright, intellectual-property, anti-piracy and audio-visual laws. Lumetrix disclaims all responsibility for unauthorised, infringing or fraudulent content used by users, and for the quality, availability or continuity of any third-party content or source.
