Our Position

Lumetrix is a media platform and does not host or provide media content (see the Content Disclaimer). Content is supplied by users or by third-party services users launch with their own accounts. Because we do not host that content, we generally have nothing to remove; complaints about a specific channel, stream, playlist or third-party service must be addressed to the relevant third-party provider or host.

Content We Do Control

For material that we actually host or control (for example, text or media on lumetrix.tv or within our application), we will act on valid infringement notices. Send notices to info@lumetrix.tv — see the DMCA page for the required information.

Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, and remove material within our control, in appropriate circumstances.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks referenced in the Service belong to their owners and are used only to identify compatible or launchable services; their use does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
