Lumetrix BV operates a notice-and-takedown procedure for content that we host or control, consistent with the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and the EU notice-and-action framework.

Important: What We Can and Cannot Act On

Lumetrix does not host or provide media content. Media is supplied by users or by third-party services users launch with their own accounts. We can act only on content within our control (for example, material on lumetrix.tv or in our application). Complaints about a specific channel, stream, playlist or third-party service must be sent to that third-party provider or host, which we neither control nor can technically remove.

Submitting a Notice (for Content We Control)

Send a written notice to info@lumetrix.tv containing:

  1. Your name, address, telephone and e-mail;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its exact location (URL) within content we control;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
  5. A statement that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response

On a valid notice for content we control, we will act appropriately, which may include removing or disabling access to the material and notifying the affected user. We may terminate repeat infringers.

Counter-Notice

If your content within our control was removed and you believe this was in error, you may send a counter-notice to info@lumetrix.tv with your details, identification of the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and your consent to jurisdiction as applicable.

Misuse

Knowingly submitting a false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability.
