Your Rights

  • Access: obtain confirmation and a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure (“right to be forgotten”): have your data deleted.
  • Restriction: limit how we process your data.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Objection: object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to direct marketing at any time.
  • Withdraw consent: where processing is based on consent, at any time.
  • Automated decisions: we do not carry out solely automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

How to Exercise Them

Use the tools in the app, the request form at lumetrix.tv/legal/account-deletion (deletion/export), or e-mail privacy@lumetrix.tv. We respond within one month (extendable by two months for complex requests). We may verify your identity first. Exercising your rights is free unless requests are manifestly unfounded or excessive.

We process data on the bases set out in our Privacy Policy: contract, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligation.

International Transfers

Where data leaves the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision).
