Refund Policy
Last updated: 1 August 2026 | Version 1.0
This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to Lumetrix TV. It should be read together with the Subscription Terms and Terms of Use.
Purchases Through App Stores
Lumetrix subscriptions are sold and billed through the app store you use (Google Play or the Apple App Store). Refunds for these purchases are handled by that store under its own refund policy, because the store processes your payment. To request a refund:
- Google Play: use Google’s refund process in your Google account / Play Store.
- Apple App Store: use Apple’s “Report a Problem” / refund process.
We can assist and advocate on your behalf, but the store makes the final decision for store-billed purchases.
EU Consumer Right of Withdrawal
As an EU consumer you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For digital services that start immediately, you are asked to agree that performance begins at once and to acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun, to the extent permitted by law. Where a purchase is made through an app store, the store’s withdrawal/refund handling applies.
Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not by itself refund the current period; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Cancel anytime in your Google Play or Apple account.
Direct Purchases (If Offered)
If we ever sell subscriptions directly (not through an app store), refund and withdrawal handling for those purchases will be described at checkout and here, consistent with EU consumer law.
Mandatory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer, including remedies for a service that is not as described or not conforming.
